Production Time
All Framory pieces are made to order.
Production times vary by location, but most orders are fulfilled within 10 business days.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on your location and are calculated at checkout.
Shipping occurs after production is complete and is not included in the production timeline.
Free Shipping (USA)
We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders over $150.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Replacements
Made-to-Order Policy
All Framory products are custom-made to your specifications. Because of this, all sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Items
We will replace items if they arrive damaged or there is a production defect.
To request a replacement, you must:
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- Contact us at hello@framory.ai
Requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or replacements for:
- Customer preference (e.g. change of mind)
- Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated artwork after approval
